Messages we love getting

• A topic you would like us to cover. Tell us the question you were trying to answer when you came to the site. "How do I make my bathroom feel less cramped?" or "What should a beginner's stretching routine include?" is all we need.
• Thoughts on a guide you read. Did a step not work the way we described? Was something missing? We want to know.
• A possible mistake. Our Spotted an Error? page explains how corrections are handled, and what details help us check them quickly.
• Something not displaying properly. Let us know the page and the device you were using.

Where our help ends

We are writers, not clinicians or contractors, so we cannot assess a skin problem from a photo, suggest a diet for a medical condition, design a training plan around an injury or tell you whether a wall in your home is safe to remove. For anything about your own health, please talk to a doctor or pharmacist. For structural, electrical or plumbing work, a qualified tradesperson is the right person to ask. Pitches from brands are read like any other email, though the reply may be slow.

Every message is read by a person. We are a small team writing alongside other commitments, so replies can take up to a week, sometimes a little longer during holidays. Corrections are always prioritized. If your idea becomes an article, we may get in touch to say thank you, but we will never publish your name or message without asking first.
